Bush China Foundation Senior Fellow Rodger Baker joins Don Gonyea and Jackie Northam on NPR’s All Things Considered alongside Madiha Afzal with the Brookings Institution to discuss how China and the Taliban are increasing their outreach to each other, as the insurgent group takes over much of Afghanistan.

On the program, Baker says China doesn’t trust the Taliban but is hedging its bets.
