Fang Fang is the CEO of Big Plan offering expert guidance to companies and organizations seeking global expansion.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Fang served as the President & CEO of the Greater Austin Asian Chamber of Commerce (GAACC), where she led efforts to promote economic growth and strengthen relationships within the Asian American business community.

Ms. Fang also brings a wealth of experience from her previous roles at the Department of Commerce, Edelman, Voice of America, and with the National Committee on US-China Relations.

A passionate member of her community, Ms. Fang has served on the boards or advisory boards of various organizations, including the City of Austin Asian American Quality of Life Commission, Impact Austin, and the National Asian American PAC, Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce, Visit Austin, Community Advancement Network, and Network of Asian American Organizations.
