CNBC: China’s authorities need to find ‘more creative ways’ to get more digital yuan users, says professor

Winston Ma of the New York University School of Law and Senior Fellow at the Bush China Foundation discusses China’s efforts to get more people to use the digital currency and what its central bank’s “ultimate plan” is for it. This interview aired on CNBC’s “Street Signs” program.

Mr. Ma spoke about the usage and circulation of digital yuan, saying Chinese authorities need to encourage the introduction of digital currency into new markets.
