Lin Wang

PhD Candidate | School of Public Policy and Management, Tsinghua University

Lin Wang is currently a PhD Candidate from the School of Public Policy and Management at Tsinghua University. She is researching on China’s external economic relationship and its related governance issues. Her doctoral dissertation is on the global governance on the dispute settlements of cross-border investments. Previously, she worked as a journalist reporting on China’s foreign policy, overseas investments and the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) at a top-tier financial newspaper in China from 2012 to 2018. Ms. Wang has published a book on BRI, Wang Lin’s Top Interviews with Global Leaders on Belt and Road (May 2017, the Commercial Press). She obtained a master of international affairs and global leadership from Schwarzman College, Tsinghua University as a Schwarzman Scholar, and a bachelor of law in international politics from Law School, Shanghai International Studies University.
