Leslie Tisdale Reagan is the director of communications at the George H. W. Bush Foundation for U.S.-China Relations and is based in Austin, Texas. Most recently, Leslie served as a public affairs specialist at the Department of Commerce, Economic Development Agency. Prior to EDA, Leslie was the director of communications and congressional affairs at the U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission, a congressional research body. She previously served as the press secretary to Congressman Lloyd Doggett (TX-35) and managed communications at the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition. While completing her degree, she worked at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Austin. Leslie earned her B.S. in political communications and government from the University of Texas at Austin and is a native of Corpus Christi, Texas.
